At Texture Blend Extensions, we take pride in offering high-quality, ethically sourced hair extensions that blend seamlessly with your natural texture. To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, please review our return and exchange policy below:

 

 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extensions once they have been opened, worn, or altered.

 

 

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

 

Exchanges are only allowed in the following rare circumstances:


  • Wrong item received: If you received the wrong length, texture, or product due to our error.
  • Defective product: If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

To be eligible:


  • Hair must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

  1. Email us at marthabeautybar16@gmail.com with your Order Number, Full Name, and photos of the item received.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.

Please note:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
  • We do not accept returns on bundles that have been altered (brushed, washed, cut, dyed, or installed).

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if the order has not been processed or shipped. Email us immediately at marthabeautybar16@gmail.com

for cancellation requests.

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Hair care or styling products
