If booking a braiding or extension service, hair should be properly stretched and free of oils, creams, or leave-ins.

For silk press or styling services, avoid heavy products prior to your appointment.

Please book a consultation if you are unsure which service is best for your hair type or goals.
Extension Services

Hair extensions must be approved or purchased prior to your appointment unless otherwise stated.

Custom or special-order hair must be arranged in advance to avoid delays or rescheduling.

Ensure you have selected the correct length, texture, and color before your service date.
Timing & Arrival

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule and loss of deposit.

Appointments exceeding their scheduled time cannot be guaranteed.
Health & Hair Condition
Please notify us in advance of any scalp sensitivities, hair loss, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
Services may be declined if the hair or scalp condition is not suitable for the selected service.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm and professional environment, no extra guests or children are permitted unless being serviced.
Payment & Booking Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy prior to booking.
