Texture Blend Extensions ships within Canada only. At this time, we do not ship hair products internationally.

Processing Time

All orders require three to five business days for processing. This timeframe allows us to complete quality checks, texture matching, inventory verification, and packaging.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within twenty-four hours of delivery with photos so we can review your case promptly.
