For this reason, all extension and wig orders are final sale. Due to the nature of raw human hair and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

All extension products and hair goods are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair purchases once orders have been placed, processed, or shipped.

If an incorrect item was sent or a quality issue is observed upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos so we can assist you.
