Booking Policies
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both our clients and our team, Martha Beauty Bar operates by appointment only. Please review our booking policies carefully before scheduling your service.
Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will automatically forfeit the $100 deposit.

Repeated no-shows may result in limited future booking availability.
Late Arrivals
We ask that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. Deposits are non-refundable in the event a service cannot be completed due to late arrival.
Service Adjustments & Pricing
Service pricing may vary based on hair length, density, condition, and the time required to complete the service. Any adjustments will be discussed during your appointment or consultation.
Acknowledgement of Policy
By booking an appointment with Martha Beauty Bar, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. These guidelines allow us to provide dedicated, high-quality service to every client.
