How do i book an appointment?
All appointments are booked through our online booking system. Visit the Book an Appointment page to view services, availability, and pricing, and to secure your appointment.
is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment.
do you provide hair for extension services?
Yes. Extension hair (100% human hair) is available for purchase through our website (Texture Blend Extensions) - just visit "Shop Our Extensions" at the top of the page.
Braiding hair is included with specific services, please ensure you bring your own if not mentioned as included when booking your appointment.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please review full policy details before booking.
Where are you located and who do you serve?
We are based in British Columbia and proudly serve clients throughout the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas. Full location details are provided under our "Salon Location" page.
What if I’m unsure which service to book?
We recommend booking a 30-minute consultation if you are unsure which service, hair treatment, or extension type is best for your hair type and goals. Consultations allow us to provide personalized recommendations before committing to a service.
