Booking and Cancellation Policy
We value your time and the time reserved exclusively for your appointment. To ensure fairness to all clients, the following booking and cancellation policies apply.
Deposit Requirement
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required for all services. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your final balance. The deposit is nonrefundable regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show status.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than forty-eight hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay an additional fee or full prepayment to book again.
Arrival Requirements
Please arrive on time to ensure the full service can be completed. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Service Adjustments
If the service requested at the appointment differs from the original booking, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Additional services or upgrades will be reflected in the final total.
